Hosting and processing

The site and its database are hosted on Lovable / Cloudflare (edge hosting) and Supabase (database, EU-accessible infrastructure). Payments are processed by Stripe. Maps are served by Mapbox. Full details of data flows are in the privacy notice.

What is sold on this site

Digital content only: points added to a country's score in a season, a non-transferable digital supporter collectible, and optional promotional sponsor placements. Nothing physical is sold or shipped. There is no wagering, no game of chance with a monetary prize, no investment and no financial return. Participation is limited to adults aged 18 and over.

Consumer disputes

Contact us first at michael@sitebatch.com. If a dispute is not resolved, EU consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French consumers may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge.

Intellectual property

The BIDMAP name, interface, graphics and collectible designs belong to Sparks SAS. Country names, flags and map boundary data come from public sources and are used for identification only.
